Introductions

You probably saw some of this in my profile, but I gotta test this out. I'm not the most tech savvy person on the planet. In fact, if my computer will type, play music and surf the net, I'm a pretty happy camper. Now I have it doing two of those things at once, and I'm wondering if I've got it right.

With that slightly embarrassing admission out of the way, I'm gonna get on with things.

Why the hell am I up tonight? This morning. Whatever. My shoulder won't quit spasming. It hurts, and it's keeping me awake. I figured after two hours, laying in bed was pretty well pointless, so I rambled back out into the front room to play around on the computer again. Now that my significant other has an X-box 360 (see link to Jaded Gamer), we aren't competing quite as much for the lap top.

A lot of what's going to be on this page will probably not be suitable for kids. Just warning you now. Part of my goal with this is to give myself a forum for political opinion. Sometimes I'll probably just ramble. I also discovered that publishing my rambling on line is therapeutic when I started writing fiction. I didn't think I could write fiction after all the analytical stuff I did in college. There's a link to what I've written posted here as well.

Now it's time to see if I have a few essays/rants left in me, as well.
